Victims Against Crime, Inc. (VAC)

Victims Against Crime, Inc.We are a group of concerned citizens trying to fight crime through education, awareness and prevention programs.  Victims Against Crime, (VAC) is a homicide support and prevention group.  We have been serving the Tidewater area with our outreach programs since 1991.  We have a free homicide support group that meets twice a month.  Meetings are the second and fourth Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the YWCA on 5215 Colley Avenue in Norfolk,VA.  We have facilitated many crime and drug awareness programs and workshops over the years, but our major focus is prevention of crime through education.
